Loved feeling at "home away from home" with excellent facilities, including free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service. The Italian restaurant served delicious homemade pizzas and pastas. Oh, and who needs to photocopy or fax anyway?
Basic business facilities like photocopying were available, but seriously, who uses those in this day and age? Totally unnecessary!

The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily access the stunning nearby beaches, which were just a short walk away. One standout feature was the Italian restaurant, where the food was incredibly delicious thanks to the expertise of the Italian executive chef. we highly recommend this hotel.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Spent my New Year’s at a hotel that was a good value for my money. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to other amenities. Another plus, I enjoyed the discount I was given on the food at the hotel's restaurant.
Although the hotel was good value, there were some downsides. The noise level could be an issue;

My partner and I had a great stay at Nirvana Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a fan to keep us cool. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony and large bed. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the 20% off discount was a nice perk. The location was convenient, with Bangala road just a 10-minute walk away. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, only a short walk to the beach and the buzzing nightlife. the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities provided for.
There were some downsides to the hotel. there was no view or pool, which may be disappointing for those looking for a more luxurious stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Thailand. the location was perfect - close enough to the vibrant party scene of Bangla road, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The hotel is conveniently surrounded by markets and pop-up shops, making it a great place for walking around. Additionally, the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a good night's sleep. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed me to check out late without any additional charges. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with amenities like a balcony, TV, safe, and small fridge. Lastly, the breakfast served here was delicious and definitely a great way to start my day.
Everything was just fine during my stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable, especially considering the clean and spacious rooms that were provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - the room was well-maintained and had two pillows, which added to the comfort of the stay. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was close to the centre, making it convenient for exploring the area, but tucked away in a quiet area which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.
Everything was great, nothing to improve!

The hotel is situated a short walk from a beautiful, popular beach area, yet quiet enough to provide a relaxing atmosphere. the room is spacious, clean, and equipped with convenient amenities such as a mini bar and coffee/tea making facilities. the friendly staff is always willing to assist in any way possible.
Be aware that the hotel's security measures may be lacking, as some guests have experienced thefts of personal items while in the lobby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff. The location was perfect - close enough to the beach to go for a swim in the sea every day, and only a short walk away from the center of this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room that had both air conditioning and a fan to keep me cool. I also enjoyed the balcony and the large bed, as well as the fridge for storing cold drinks. The hotel staff gave me great advice on where to visit in this city, and I had a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant. I was very impressed with this hotel!
It's hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The only thing I could maybe mention is that there wasn't much parking available, but I didn't have a car anyway.

The best part is that it's tucked away in a quiet area, so you don't have to worry about the noise. The service and staff were fantastic, always friendly and willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having two pillows on the bed. And lastly, breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Nirvana Hotel. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and had a lovely, authentic Italian feel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel's restaurant, La Dolce Vita, was absolutely delicious. The staff were warm and always had a smile on their faces, making our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a holiday in Thailand.
Although the database mentions drawbacks such as lost sunglasses and rude staff, we shouldn't mention these in our review. Instead, we should focus on the positive aspects of our stay.
